FOR ONE OCTOBER EVENING…

The woods at The Vale are becoming the kind of place we usually only get to read about.

Five Courts will be tucked throughout the property, each with its own atmosphere, little details, and things to discover. There is no set path through them. Find the one that feels most like yours, stay there awhile, or make your way through all five before the night is over.

Your journey through the Courts continues with the Five Courts Tasting Journey. Five mocktails will be created for the evening, each inspired by one of the Courts. You’ll receive your Court tokens when you arrive and can redeem them for their corresponding tastings as you make your way through the woods—in any order the evening takes you.

Meet the Courts

The Autumn Court will be warm, layered, and a little wild. Chippy White Table is creating a woodland lounge tucked beneath the trees—a place to settle in, gather with friends, and take in the Court around you.

The Spring Court is rooted in romance, beauty, and masquerade. Somewhere among the trees, Spring will be waiting - a garden-inspired place to wander into, stay for a photo, and perhaps hide behind a mask for a while.

The Night Court is where we gather. Beneath the tent, a long table will be dressed for the evening, with room to sit, eat, talk, and stay awhile. Nearby, the Gathering Table will hold a seasonal grazing spread for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

The Summer Court is for all things golden, precious, and adorned. Seamless Spark Permanent Jewelry will be there offering permanent jewelry, giving you the chance to leave the Summer Court with a treasure of your own.

Permanent jewelry is not included with admission and will be available for individual purchase throughout the evening.

And then there is the Court of Shadows. Follow the music—but be careful what bargains you make once you get there. Hidden deeper in the woods, the Court of Shadows comes alive beneath blacklight. Make your bargain and leave with its mark: UV tattoos, painted symbols, gems, and details that reveal themselves differently after dark.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

  • Your ticket includes admission to A Gathering of Courts, access to all five Courts and their included experiences, the Five Courts Tasting Journey with five Court-inspired mocktails, and the Gathering Table throughout the evening.

  • Some offerings will be available separately for purchase, including permanent jewelry from Seamless Spark. After completing your Five Courts Tasting Journey, additional full-size mocktails will be available for purchase. Anything not included with admission will be clearly marked.

  • Anything that makes you feel like you belong in the story. Dressing for a Court or your favorite kind of fantasy is absolutely encouraged - gowns, cloaks, wings, masks, crowns, corsets, jewels, glitter, and celestial details are all welcome. The Vale is outdoors in the woods, so choose footwear you can comfrotably walk in. October evenings can also get chilly. We’ll have outdoor heaters throughout the gathering, but if you tend to get cold, bring a jacket or an extra layer to keep nearby.

  • Yes, a Gathering of Courts is an 18+ event. This evening was created as an adults-only gathering, so please leave the little fae at home.

  • The Vale is an outdoor woodland property with grass, gravel paths and naturally uneven ground. Please plan your shoes accordingly.

  • The gathering will continue in light or manageable weather, with a large covered space available if we need to bring more of the evening under shelter. If severe weather makes the event unsafe, guests will be contacted with next steps.

  • Parking and arrival instructions, including a map, will be sent directly to ticket holders before the event. Keep an eye on your inbox as October 24 gets closer.

  • Firstly, we are so sorry you have to miss it! We know plans change. Because A Gathering of Courts is a small, limited-capacity events and so much of the evening is planned around our final guest count, tickets are nonrefundable. BUT your ticket is ABSOLUTELY transferrable! Just reach out to us with the name of the individual takeing your plave and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • YES! A portable restroom will be available on-site throughout the evening.

  • No. All five Court-inspired tastings are completely alcohol-free, as are the additional mocktails available for purchase throughout the evening.

  • The Courts open at 4:00PM We recommend arriving close to the start of the gathering so you have plenty of time to explore all five Courts, enjoy your tastings, eat, and settle into the evening.

The real world can have you back when the night is over.
