Admission includes access to all five Courts and their included experiences, the Five Courts Tasting Journey with five Court-inspired mocktails, and the Gathering Table throughout the evening.
This is an 18+ outdoor event. Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another guest. Parking and arrival details will be emailed to ticket holders before the gathering.
Purchasing multiple tickets? You may reserve up to four spots in one order. During registration, you’ll be asked to provide the names, e-mails, and dietary information for everyone in your party.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA:
Photos and short videos may be taken during this gathering to capture and share moments from The Vale. By attending, you give The Vale permission to use images or video in which you may appear for social media, website, and promotional purposes.
Prefer not to be photographed? No problem — just let us know when you arrive and we’ll make sure to respect that.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY:
We know plans change. Because A Gathering of Courts is a small, limited-capacity event and much of the evening is planned around our final guest count, tickets are nonrefundable.
Can’t make it after all? Your ticket may be transferred to another guest. Just contact The Vale with the name of the person taking your place before the gathering.
A Gathering of Courts will continue in light or manageable weather, with covered space available if needed. If severe weather or another circumstance requires The Vale to postpone the gathering, ticket holders will be notified with updated event details. If The Vale cancels the gathering entirely, and no rescheduled date if offered, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
